Abstract
Objective To investigate the variation of drug resistance of clinical isolated ureaplasma urealyticum from 2007 to 2009 in our hospital,and guide the clinical rational drug use.Methods Patients with nongonococcal urethritis(cervicitis) underwent ureaplasma urealyticum culture and drug sensitivity tests from 2007 to 2009.Results Among the three years,the drug resistances to josamycin and doxycycline kept lower as 10%;the drug resistances to erythromycin and roxithromycin were higher;the drug resistances to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and sparfloxacin kept higher.Conclusion The drug sensitive of ureaplasma urealyticum changes over time,regular monitoring on drug resistance of urease mycoplasma is necessary.
