Abstract
【Objective】 To investigate applicable value of the dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in assessment the surgical extent of granulomatous mastitis(GM).【Methods】 Randomly select 56 cases of granulomatous mastitis cases in our hospital from April 2006 to April 2011.Among them,27 cases implement routine magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) examination,while 29 ones implement routine B-ultrasonic(or B-plus-mammography) check.Compare the accuracy of two methods in assessing the range of GM lesions.【Results】 MRI assessment of GM lesions range accuracy was 88.9%(24/27),and B-ultrasonic(or B-plus-mammography) accuracy rate was 51.7%(15/29).There existed a significant difference,P =0.002.【Conclusion】 Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging accurately assesses the scope of GM lesions.
