Abstract
There is a new type of Supply Chain Management pattern—Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) to reduce inventory costs and to integrate supply chain resources.This paper describes two kinds of Vendor Managed Inventory models,moreover the levels and the methods of implementation are briefly described.
