Abstract
Objective:To study the Bitongtie on the effect of mice ear microcirculation. Methods:Mice were divided randomly into six group: control group, excipient group,SheXiangShuHuoLing group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group.Using the instrument of microcirculation to observe the ear venule, arteriole diameter, the blood flow speed of mouse at normal condition and after injection of adrenaline in the 10,30,60min.Results:The middle dose and high dose of Bitongtie could obviously increase the ear venule, arteriole diameter, the blood flow speed of normal mouse(P0.01).The middle dose and high dose of Bitongtie could also improve the mouse ear microcirculatory disturbance induced by adrenaline, the level of the ear venule, arteriole diameter, the blood flow speed were significantly higher than model group and vehicle group(P0.01).Conclusion: The Bitongtie can promote the effect of microcirculation.
