Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Qizhi Shenan pill on auricle microcirculation of mouse.Methods 50 Kunming male mice with microcirculatory disorders were manufactured by tail vein injection of epinephrine.Then 50 mice with microcirculatory disorders model were randomly divided into five groups,high-,middle-,low-dose Qizhi Shenan pill(received 5.6,2.8,1.4 g/kg Qizhi Shenan pill) group,Niuduqing granule group(received 6.0 g/kg Niuduqing granule) and control group(received distilled water).Microarteries,venule diameter,microvascular erythrocyte flow rate of mouse right ear were observed with cold light source after 20 and 40 min of administration.Results There was significant difference between before and after modeling on the pinna microarteries,venule diameter,microvascular erythrocyte flow rate in each group(P0.01).There was significant difference between high-,middle-,low-dose Qizhi Shenan pill group and control group on the pinna microarteries,venule diameter,microvascular erythrocyte flow rate in each group(P0.05).Conclusion Qizhi Shenan pill can obviously increase the pinna microarteries,venule diameter,microvascular erythrocyte flow rate of mouse with auricle microcirculation disorders model,improve auricle microcirculation of mouse,reduce proteinuria and improve renal function by improving microcirculation and increasing renal blood flow.
