APPLICATION OF CNP IN PATIENTS OF UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 158 patients after radical operation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding randomly divided into 2 groups observation group and control group every 79.Clinical nursing pathway was applied in observation group while routine nursing was made in control group;the average hospitalization days,satisfaction rate and the command of health knowledge of the patients in both were observed and comparison between the 2 groups was made.Results The satisfaction rate and the command of health knowledge in observation group were much superior than those in control group and the difference between the 2 groups was of statistical significance(p0.05);the average hospitalization days of observation group was less than that of control group and the difference between the 2 groups was of statistical significance(p0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients after radical operation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can obviously shorten the time of hospitalization,raise effectively the satisfaction rate of patients and the medical nursing quality as well.
