Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation System Construction in Henan Province

The inherent request of agriculture and rural economy development is to accelerate the agricultural science and technology innovation system construction.This paper analyzed the achievements and problems of agricultural science and technology innovation system construction,and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the coordinated development among industrialization,urbanization and agriculture modernization,such as establishing the long-acting mechanism for the steady increase of agricultural research investment,reforming and improving operation mechanism,strengthening construction of talent team.
