Study on Ideas and Countermeasures of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation System in Henan Province

Agricultural science and technology innovation plays an important supporting role in construction of modern agriculture and realization of sustainable development of agriculture eco-nomy.It is also an effective measure to solve the agriculture,countryside and farmers issue and realize the coordinated development between city and countryside.It is very important for buil-ding an innovative country and speeding up new rural construction.The construction status ofagricultural science and technology innovation in Henan province is introduced in this paper.Through learning domestic and foreign experience,new ideas and countermeasures on speeding up construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system were brought forward.
