Metering Pump Group Control System Based on Profibus-DP

Abstract

Profibus-DP fieldbus is an ideal solution to reduce the I/O ports and the number of wiring in the distributed system.According to the current status of the development and application of fieldbus,the metering pump group control system by protocol chip SPC3 and MC9S12C MCU is designed.The hardware design of Profibus-DP hardware interface circuit and software of the communications and data exchange between SPC3 and MC9S12C are mainly introduced.Finally the purpose of metering pump distributed control by Profibus-DP fieldbus is achieved,the reasonable basis for the network deployment of industrial field apparatus is provided and the application of Profibus-DP is promoted.
