Abstract
The Fenton reaction on the degradation of dyeing wastewater is investigated in this article. The effects of parameters, such as Fenton reagent mol ratio, ferrous sulfate, hydrogen peroxide dosage,pH and reaction temperature on removal rate of color and COD are investigated and the agreeable technological conditions are optimized. The results indicate that the Fenton reaction on dyeing wastewater is very effective and the removal rate of color and COD can reach 99.9% and 89.4% respectively under conditions: FeSO4/H2O2 mol ratio of 3∶2,pH of 5 and the reaction temperature of 40 ℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
