Abstract
From the beginning of new age, scholars used formalism, which used narratology for reference,to research drama.Narratology is a literarily theory which is summarized from fictions. If we want to study the narration form of drama,it is inappropriate to use narratology directly, some changes should be made.In fiction text, there are two types of narrators: first person narrator and the third person narrator. The third person narrator exists only in direct speech. When the all-knowing narrator becomes silence, the third person narrator accepts the function of all-knowing narrator. In drama text, the second text narrator could be regarded as a narrator which is out of the story, and it narrates features or minds of people. In most of drama text, the second text narrator becomes silence, and the characters accept the function of narrator as the third person narrator.
