The university tuition policy can be linked to public product theory, educational economy theory, and human resource theory. Therefore, it is reasonable to take charge properly. But at present, there are many problems in university tuition policy of China, such as quite high tuition standard and weak auxiliary measures. Therefore, it is necessary to set up proper standard, strengthen government's macro-control and rectify the state student loan funding to improve our country's university tuition policy.
