On tuition system of universities

Tuition is a major component of management in universities.The writer of the paper,therefore,argues that the tuition system needs creative implementation in accordance with the national policies.Theoretical and practical costs,governmental supervision and market coordination,financial investment and tuition standard,recruitment policy and tuition policy,public and private schools should be coordinated.
