Studies on the Issue of Joint Crime by Different Identity Persons in Official Crime

Joint crime is popular in official crime by different identity persons.However,the criminal law has no concrete provi-sion and judicial interpretation is unreasonable.There is no consistent point of view in criminal law field concerning with such a prob-lem,which has brought confusion to the practice of justice.On the basis of understanding nature of joint crime,combining with the theory of partly crime within common crime and the theory of imaginative joinder of offenses,the instance should be explained to the imaginative joinder of offenses of joint crime,which is stimulated on the crime of corruption on the subject of the principle of choos-ing felony and giving severe punishment.
