Abstract
Information resources construction is the basis on which libraries of colleges or universities relies for survival and development.Thus construction aims to make information resources used effectively to meet the need of the readers.Based on the analysis on the information demand of readers,this paper proposes five approaches for information resources construction in library of colleges or universities.
