On the construction of information resources in the libraries of colleges and universities

Abstract
This paper explains in detail the concept of the information resources of the library, and elaborates the functions of traditional documentation resources and electronic network information resources in the teaching and researches in colleges and universities, and clarifies that these two resources are complementary.
