Objective To study the hospital of the center of sterilization supply noise hazard and relevant occupational protection countermeasures,reduce the center staff occupational injury.Methods Adopt forward-looking research method,2009 years since I center take corresponding prevention and control measures of noise,and the specific prevention and control measures include supply center architectural acoustics design,strengthen the propaganda education for personnel,in the center instrument and equipment timing update and maintenance.2009-2011 of disinfection supply room staff implement corresponding questionnaire survey.Mainly includes occupational exposure,exposure after processing,occupational protection,professional training,self protection five parts.During the 3 years contrast noise control for center staff protective effect.Result Of the investigation shows that in 2009 I center according to the incidence of all kinds of occupational exposures to the discretion of the display,chemical disinfectant exposure as the highest position,followed by noise exposure,dust exposure,uv exposure,exposure to infection,burns,stabbed exposure;2011 noise exposure rate as the lowest exposure factors;2011 years after exposure processing rate is increased by 29.4%,the occupational protection rate increased by 33.5%,the regular professional training to carry out rate increased by 50%,the self protection ratio increased by 45.9%.Conclusion Hospital of the center of sterilization supply is the hospital important department,noise is staff occupational exposures to important source,in the correct analysis under the premise of noise source actively take intervention measures to reduce noise for staff physiological and psychological influence is to improve their working environment quality,reduce the health damage of the important measures.
