Abstract
The suitable condition for the production of neutral protease by Aspergillus oryzae Y29 are studied. The results indicate that the suitable composition of the medium is as follow: m(wheat bran)∶m(bean cake powder)=9∶1, moisture content 50%, plant ash 0.3%; the suitable condition for the production of neutral protease is as follow: the optimal cultural temperature is 30℃, culture duration 66 hours, and inoculating 1.0×107 spores each gram medium. Under the optimal conditions, the neutral protease activity is as high as (12545.9±82.3)U/g,the mounts of spores is (11.7±0.44)×109cfu/g.
