Abstract
using Aspergillus oryzae Y10 as the test strain, medium for neutral protease solid fermentation was studied and optimized. The suitable composition (% ) of the medium is as follows: wheat bran 9, yeast powder 1,lactose 1, water 9 , pH 7. 0. The optimal cultural temperature is 30℃, culture duration 72 hours, and inoculating 1.8 ×108 spores each gram medium. Under this optimal conditions, the neutral protease activity is as high as 4286.1 U/g.
