Abstract
Objective:To discuss the anti-cancer effect and its mechanism of SCLA. Methods:Mice serum was collected in different times after SCLA with different dosages was filled into stomachs, human bladder cancer T24 cells which were cultured in vitro were processed,MTS assay method was used, the light absorbance values were measured in ELISA reader, the influence of SCLA on cell proliferation was observed. Results:SCLA mice serum could prominently lower T24 cell proliferation. Conclusion:SCLA can inhibit human bladder cancer T24 cell proliferation and may become a new treatment for bladder cancer.
