Abstract

The EPA and DHA were concentrated from fish oil by extracting their magnesium salts,and the influence of solvent volume and temperature on the enrichment of DHA and EPA was discussed.Results showed that after extraction with acetonitrile,the content of DHA and EPA could reach 72%.
