Abstract
In expressway construction, lime or cement stabilized soils are widely used in subgrade section, and the detection of lime content should be performed frequently so as to ensure the lime content satisfying the design requirement. In this paper, a standard titration curve reflecting the reduction of the consumption of EDTA standard fluid with time is proposed for the two-step lime mixing technology and applied to field detection of lime content in stabilized soils of subgrade of the Ninghuai Expressway, and the detected results are reasonable. Conclusions drawn in this paper are of great significance to improvement of the detecting method of lime content and guarantee of project quality.
