Clinical Analysis and Security for Integrative Medicine of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective Evaluate the clinical Integrative treatment and security of ulcerative colitis.Methods The 90 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients of control group were given oral sulfasalazine alone,and 45 cases of the treatment group received Chinese traditional medicine and sulfasalazine.Follow-up were given with different clinical efficacy and side effects was observed after treatment.Results The statistical comparison showed that The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group,77.78% in control group,treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P0.05);adverse events of two groups was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Combination treatment of ulcerative colitis has better clinical curative effect,less toxicity,is better than western medicine treatment.
