Abstract

The paper summarizes the performance of Y4100Q diesel engine and introduces the procedure of the simulation for the mechanism of the crank piston.Based on the 3D assembling model, the motion simulation and the kinematics analysis of the mechanism of the crank piston are given. The velocity and the acceleration distribution of the piston in normal power output state are obtained, thereby providing a channel for future rapid development of the product.
