Abstract

As an example of S195 diesel engine, the 3D solid modeling of crank rod system has been established by using Autodesk inventor. Free mode of crank and connecting rod has been discussed using Autodesk algor simulation, besides the temperature field and stress field of the piston have been simulated. The results of three-dimensional finite element analysis provide reliable basis for diesel engine performance optimization.
