Application of Fenton reagent in the treatment of organic waste water

Abstract

The present situation and influencing factors of Fenton reagent in the treatment of organic wastewater were reviewed.The degradation mechanism of organic pollutants in water with Fenton reagent was introduced.It was shown that Fenton reagent was a potential process to treat refractory organic waste water in the future.The problems and development direction of Fenton technology were also pointed out.
