Abstract

High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied to measure resveratrol content in wild grape wine.It was found that resveratrol contents varied in different wild grape wine, resveratrol content declined during wine brewing, and resveratrol content in wild grape wine was higher than that in normal grape wine.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
