Abstract
Ethyl acetate(its volume 2 times of wine samples) was used to extract resveratrol and the extract was condensed to 1/100 of original wine sample volume. Then C18 reversion phase chromatography column was used and methanol:water = 5:5 used as mobile phase to separate chromatographic peaks of resveratrol.By using trans-resveratrol(Sigma) as the standards, resveratrol content in grape wine samples of different production places or of different varieties were determined respectively, and the correlation between resveratrol content in grape wine and various environmental factors were analyzed. The results suggested that grape wine from turpan(Xinjiang province),Changli(Hebei province) and Deqin(Yunnan province) had relatively higher content of resveratrol, which proved that resveratrol content in grape wine was closely related to the latitude of wine-making places.
