Abstract

China has made great progress in its urbanization process since the urbanization strategy has been set up at the 16th National Congress Report. However,there exists many problems in the development of China’s urbanization for the reason that the process of urban management system reform is behind schedule.The healthy development of urbanization requires that much more rural labors need to be transferred by means of urban development on one hand,and public services need to be made more widely available in rural areas on the other hand.
