Clinical Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combining Sanglongzhiyang Pill in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combining Sanglongzhiyang pill in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 189 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group which treated with compound glycyrrhizin combining Sanglongzhiyang pill, No.Ⅰcontroll group which treated with compound glycyrrhizin and No.Ⅱ control group which treated with Sanglongzhiyang pill. Their clinical efficacy and scores of dermatology quality of life compared and checked by statistical test. Results The efficient rate,the effect of improvement of scores of symptom and dermatology quality of life of the treatment group were remarkably better than those of No.Ⅰcontrol group and No.Ⅱ control group(P0.01). And more, no serious side-effect happened. Conclusion It shows significant curative effects and good safety by using compound glycyrrhizin combining Sanglongzhiyang pill in the treatment of chronic eczema.
