Aesthetic Discovery of Love in The Book of Songs(II)

Under the influence of Marxism,the author gave a preliminary but thorough analysis on the aesthetic features of the love poetry in The Book of Songs.It shows that those love poems not only embody people’s clear understanding to the attitude of human-beings to beauty,but also reveal the personality beauty of the heroes and heroines in the poems.Not only do they show the beauty of various love patterns but also the value of presenting various artistic images,such as the beauty of customs,beauty of image,beauty of context,beauty of structure,beauty of meaning.For the rich connotations of the aesthetic beauty of the love poetry,the research and exploration of them can expand a new way in the study of The Book of Songs and promote the status of it in the history of Chinese literature and that of Aesthetic.
