Effect of Huangqi Injection Combined with Tetramethylpyrazine Injection for Unstable Angina Pectoris in Coronary Heart Disease:An Observation of 46 Cases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Injection(HJ) combined with tetramethylpyrazine injection(TI)for unstable angina pectoris(UAP)in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:Ninety-two patients were equally randomized into two groups. Both of the two groups received routine western medicine,and the con- trol group was treated with Compound Danshen Injection and the treatment group received HJ combined with TI additionally. The treatment lasted 2 weeks. Results:The total ef- fective rate for angina pectoris was 82.6% in the treatment group and 67.4% in the con- trol group,the difference being significant(P0. 05). After treatment,parameters of electrocardiogram,onset frequency and duration of angina pecloris,and the dosage of nitroglycerin were improved in the two groups(P0. 05 compared with those before treatment). The differences of the above parameters between the two groups were also sig- nificant(P0. 05). Conclusion:Huangqi Injection combined with tetramethylpyrazine injection has certain effect for unstable angina peetoris in coronary heart disease.
