Abstract

Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) plays a highly specific role in the glycoprotein of the endothelial cells,it is one of the most important tumor blood vessel growth factors.The growth and transfer of colorectal cancer and VEGF closely related.It plays the increasingly prominent role for the treatment of colorectal cancer.It is reviewed that functions and expression of the VEGF as well as the role of colorectal treatment in this paper.
