Abstract
Objective:To investigate the early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer nutrition effect comparison.Method:In our hospital from 2008 March-2012 July 62 cases of the total gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups:early enteral nutrition group(EEN)and parenteral nutrition group(PN),the nutritional effects of two groups were compared.Result:In the EEN group of nutritional support in patients with 7 d after operation BWI,ALB,PA,HGB,TF and other nutritional indexes were significantly higher than those in group PN(P 0.05).EEN group of patients with anal exhaust time, defecation time and the length of hospital stay was significantly less than that of group PN(P 0.05).Two groups of adverse reactions were no statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status in patients and promote rehabilitation of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
