Confict and Coordination between the Right to Privacy and the Right to Information

Abstract

In the modern society,the conflict between one right and another right has been a kind of comparatively general phenomenton,such as the right to privacy and the right to information.It’s so-called “you take personal secrets,I should know the information”.So we have to face the problem that how to solve the conflict between the two rights in theory and practice.
