The article introduces the meanings of the right to privacy,the right to know and legal protection,then analyzes the reason of conflict about the right to privacy and the right to know,after that shows us the real life,on the basis of which we get the principle of dealing with the two related right: the public interests,concordant of rights,human dignity.
