LI Da-zhao's Theory and Practice on the Woman Liberation

Abstract

Li Dazhao was the founder of Marxist theory on woman liberation in China. He analyzed the basic root that woman was in the lower status by historical materialism. He also explored on the goal, task, terms and approaches of woman liberation. Li Dazhao supported woman movement all over the country. He also attended and supervised the activities that women struggled for their liberation. So he made his characteristic contribution on woman liberation of China.
