Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of wenxinkeli combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods One hundred and twenty of ACS combined with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into three groups:group A(n=42)was treated with wenxinkeli and amiodarone, group B(n=37)with only amiodarone, and group C(n=41)with wenxinkeli. The improvement of clinical symptoms and ventricular arrhythmia and the side effect were observed. Results Total effective rate was 90.47% in group A,64.86% in group B,and 65.85% in group C.There was a significant statistical difference between group A and group B or group A and group C(n0.05),but not between group B and group C(n0.05).The improvement of clinical symptom in group A was markedly better than that in group B and C(n0.05),and the incidence of the side effecting group A and C was lower than that in group B.Conclusion Wenxinkeli combined with amiodarone is more effective and safe for CAS with ventricular arrhythmia.
