The Status Quo,Problems and Solutions of The Work of Returning Farmland to Forests in Keailesukeerkezi Autonomous Prefecture

The ecological environment in arid areas,in particular the development of Oasis had changed the system of earth-gas energy exchange.Over the past few years,research of the oasis climate,analysis of weather data and field studies showed that in recent years in southern Xinjiang's Gobi,Oasis development had changed the whole state of climate change,to make it conducive mankind's survival and development.Between the development of gobi and oasis and environmental change,there are two diametrically opposed feedback: environment friendly Oasis development-a better environment-further development of the Oasis,environmental degradation-degradation of the oasis-even worse-a further degradation of the Oasis.2 kind of feedback that this decision is that the role of big changes in the environment and the development and utilization of Oasis is the rational use of resources and act as a natural process.In this paper,this problem was discussed.
