Abstract

The development in mountainous area in the new patterns of regional economy is the key to further actualize balanced development strategy and to boost the construction of Ample Model Well-off Society.This article discusses how to actualize the scientific development in mountainous area from three aspects: exerting advantages,strengthening cooperation and concerning on people's livelihood.
