Influence of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical effect of elderly diabetic patients by nursing intervention type. Methods A total of 120 cases of senile diabetic patients in our hospital,according to different nursing methods for the observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Observed by intervention type nursing patients in control group,routine nursing care with patients,compared two groups of patients with blood sugar control and clinical effects. Results The two groups were all improved after nursing glycemic control,but the observation group was significantly better than that of blood glucose values than the control group; the patients of observation group intervention type control routine nursing group patients after care was significantly better than that of compliance,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions Using intervention nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,effectively improve the control ability of patients with self and self health care consciousness,promote the rehabilitation of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization.
