Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship the expression of autophagy-related gene MARVELD1 in human glioma tissue. Method:Western blot and RT-PCR technology were used to detect the expressions of MARVELD1 protein and m RNA in 33 cases of glioma tissue and 11 cases of normal brain tissue. Result:There were significant differences in the expressions of MARVELD1 protein and m RNA among normal brain tissue grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ glioma tissue(P0.05). The expressions of MARVELD1 protein and m RNA in grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ glioma tissue were lower than those in grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ glioma tissue and normal brain tissue(P0.05). The expression of MARVELD1 protein in grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ glioma tissue was lower than that in normal brain tissue(P0.05).Conclusion:MARVELD1 of glioma malignancy judge has a certain significance, and provides a new target for the clinical treatment of glioma.
