Abstract

The application of SWOT analysis in the agricultural industry development strategy is elaborated taking Hunan agricultural products processing industry development strategy research as an example. Elements identification is the primary conditions and key contents for SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses analysis is a core part of the SWOT analysis. Through the application of SWOT analysis,the advantages,limitations and application rules in SWOT model are summarized.
