Statistics Data between Chinese Men Basketball Team and Top 4th Teams in the 28th Olympic Games

Adopted the methods of documentary analysis,observation statistics,and comparative analysis,this study conducted a comparative analysis on technical statistics data of games between Chinese men's basketball team and the top 4th teams in 28th Olympic men's basketball games in order to explore the gap and insufficiencies.The results indicated that there existed lack of the sufficient reserved athletes,although the Chinese men's basketball team is big and young.;there existed a comprehensive gap when compared with the high-level teams of the world;rhythm of converting the defense to offence was slower,which cannot fulfill the need of the development trend of the international basketball;external actual strength was deficient,internal players and external players were disjointed and lack of supporting,which restrained performing the practical competency of internal players;there was a bigger gap in attack and destructiveness of individual defense,the synthesized variation of tactics,and the cooperation of the whole defense.
