Analysis on disparity between Chinese Men's Basketball Team and world strong teams at 28th Olympic Games

AbstrcatOffense ability and defense ability of Chinese men's basketball team in five group matches were compared with its opponents through watching live video,mathematic statistic and comparative research. It was pointed out that though the Chinese team was one of the top eight teams,there were still obvious disparities between Chinese team and world strong teams in the aspects of field goals,turnover,cooperation etc. Meanwhile,the tactics of the foreign coaches were not accordant with the development trend of world basketball. It was suggested that the style of quick,exact,agile should be shaped and basic skills,and consciousness of basketball should be improved.
