Abstract
Political conflict took place frequently in the period of slave society turning into feudal society.Laozi put forward a conformity plan on political conflict.Though his viewpoint did not come up to the level of the theory of political conflict,it had profound effect on later generations.This article systematically analyses the phenomenon under the theoretical framework in which history is in accordance with logic.
