Confucian View of Li Yue and Its Contemporary Value

Abstract

The essence of Confucianism is li (rituals) yue (ritual verse, music and dance), cultivating man with li yue and ruling the country with li yue. Confucian view of li yue is a generalization of China’s ancient systematic civilization and spiritual civilization, which is of great referential significance to the construction of systematic civilization and spiritual civilization of our society.
