Abstract

Applying of feature modeling technique is an effective way for product design. It makes the CAPP simple.Feature modeling technique can export the information which CAD and CAPP need.And the information are figure and size of parts,and asperity,precision and tolerance.It makes a integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM system which has a uniform date-base and interface.This paper presents the general view in CAD by applying feature modeling technique.
