Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation of the nasal sinusitis with nasal septum deviation. Methods: The status of nasal sinuses for the patients with nasal septum deviation and the condition of septum for the patients with sinusitis was focused on by MSCT with MPR technique. Results: The high septum deviation was closely related to chronic sinusitis(P0.05).It indicated that high septum deviation influenced the drainage of sinus. Conclusion: There is a very close correlation between high septum deviation and the development of sinusitis.
