Abstract
Based on modern metallogenic theories, and according to geotectonic process phases and specific geotectonic environment, this paper describes metallogenetic epochs, metallogenic conditions and characteristics of distribution regularities of gold deposit in different metallogenic systems.also analyzes the scales of gold deposits in Guangxi and divides them into six metallogenic belts. After analyzing the distribution isodensity map of gold deposit, the author believes that the general space-time distribution characteristics of gold deposits in Guangxi are dependent on geotectonic units. This paper can be a theoretical guidance and it offers new effective and practical methods in the gold prospecting works in the future.
